I posted a pretty depressing post about gaslighting. And, today - I want to share with you one of the things that has helped me through this: a support system, and this guy is my greatest supporter ❤
Have you ever wondered how your FRIENDS can affect your life balance? For instance . . .
• If you’re trying to get out of debt, do they pressure you to spend money on things you don’t need?
• If you’re dealing with a personal issue, do they tell you forgive and forget. Time heals all wounds?
• If you’re working on improving your marriage, do they give you unwelcome advice about how to handle your spouse?
Consider whether these are the actions of friends who support you – or toxic friends who subconsciously want you to stay stuck in the unbalanced life you’re living now.
When life is off-kilter, we find out who our real friends are. Not our coworkers at the office or the moms we see on the school run—but true, stick-with-you friends who make up an inner circle of supporters who care about you. That is what I have, and in many ways I was lucky enough to marry my best friend. We need more of these awesome friends in our lives.
As a Certified Oola Life Coach, one of the things I do is help you recognize toxic friendships, I give you a safe place to express how you really feel and we will - together - find a way to move forward from those relationships.
Don't let toxic people stay in you life. In Oola we Unfriend, Unfollow and Delete.
Why not message me and let’s talk? Achieve your best life with Oola Coaching. I would be privileged to work with you in getting there.
